Our Refund Policy explains how subscription payments and billing work on Highviz.io, and under what circumstances refund requests may be considered. As a digital SaaS platform that provides instant access to analytics features after subscription activation, our service operates on a non-refundable billing model by default. However, we aim to be fair and transparent; in limited cases, refund requests may be reviewed at our discretion. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and how we handle payment disputes and cancellations.

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Highviz.io, a subscription-based SaaS analytics platform operated by Empireson Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Address: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, VAT: GB471590480).


1. Free Trial — No Card Required

Highviz.io offers a free trial to allow new users to explore the platform before subscribing.

  • No card details are collected during the trial.

  • Access during the trial is provided with limited features.

  • If you decide to subscribe after the trial, payment details are only collected at the point of active subscription confirmation.

To avoid any charges, simply do not activate a paid subscription after the trial ends. No automatic billing occurs until you opt in.

2. Subscription Billing

Once a user chooses to subscribe:

  • Payment is taken immediately upon subscription activation.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring monthly or yearly billing cycle unless cancelled.

  • You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Access will remain available until the end of the current billing period.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

We do not provide partial refunds or credits for unused time after subscription activation.

3. Refund Eligibility (Discretionary Review)

As Highviz.io is a digital service with instant access to software features and automated data processing, all payments are non-refundable by default.

However, we aim to be fair and reasonable. In special circumstances, we may consider a one-time discretionary refund review, assessed case by case and at our sole discretion.

Refund requests may be considered in scenarios such as:

  • A technical issue prevented you from accessing the service, and our support team was unable to resolve it.

  • You believe the service was not delivered as described or malfunctioned.

  • You contact us within a reasonable timeframe after the charge and provide a clear explanation.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed.

  • Lack of usage, change of mind, or forgetting to cancel a subscription before renewal does not qualify for a refund.

  • Decisions made following a review are final.

4. How to Request a Refund Review

  • The date and amount of the charge.

  • A brief explanation of your request.

We aim to respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage users to contact our support team before opening a dispute with their bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension to prevent abuse of the platform.
